Second Officer services

The service descriptions and prices shown at checkout describe what is included. After purchase, we confirm the scope and schedule by email. A purchase does not guarantee a specific meeting time until confirmed. Remote sessions are the default; any in-person arrangement must be agreed in advance. Software subscriptions, including ChatGPT, are separate unless the offer expressly says otherwise.

Second Officer provides practical training and workflow support. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs and decisions and for complying with your employer’s policies and any applicable privacy or confidentiality duties. Do not send passwords, sensitive medical information, or confidential third-party data through checkout or into a shared session without authorization.

Payment and changes

Payment is due at checkout unless an individual quote says otherwise. Prices are displayed in US dollars. For rescheduling, cancellations, credits, and service delivery problems, see our Refund and Cancellation Policy. If we agree to a custom project, its written scope and terms take precedence for that project.

Student sessions

The student rate is for currently enrolled high school or undergraduate students for a first working session. A parent or guardian must place the order and coordinate scheduling for a customer under 18.

Bakery

Electric Sugar Co.’s bakery is in development and is not accepting food orders at this time. Food sales terms will be provided before bakery ordering opens.

Contact and applicable rights

Please email us about any issue with an order so we can work to resolve it. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. We may update these terms for future purchases; the version shown at the time of purchase applies to that order.
