Refund and Cancellation Policy

Second Officer sessions and services

Second Officer services are scheduled after purchase by email. Please provide your availability at checkout. A purchase does not reserve a particular date or time until we confirm it with you.

Rescheduling and cancellation

If you need to reschedule, email kerrywilliams1944@gmail.com at least 24 hours before the confirmed session. We will offer another available time. If you cancel, the amount paid becomes a credit toward another Second Officer service. A cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice or a missed appointment may count as a used session; contact us if an emergency prevented notice.

If Second Officer cancels a confirmed session, you may choose a new time or a credit toward another purchase. If we cannot provide the service you purchased, contact us so we can arrange an appropriate remedy, including a refund where required by law.

Service projects

Setup and operations projects begin after we agree on scope and timing by email. If you need to change or cancel a project, email us promptly. We will identify the work already completed and the credit available for unused work. Any individually quoted project terms will be provided before purchase.

Electric Sugar Co. bakery

The bakery is in development and is not accepting food orders at this time. Policies for any future bakery sales will be published before orders open.
